Who we are

What we collect and why
Requests. When you send a request from a panel of this website (a villa, a table, a yacht, an event, a driver...), we receive what you choose and type: the service, the dates, the number of guests, your notes and, only if you write it, your WhatsApp number. We use it only to answer you and organise what you asked for.
The request reaches us in four ways: WhatsApp opens on your phone with the message already written, and it is sent only if you tap send; a copy arrives by email to our team through the Web3Forms service; an alert with the same details reaches the WhatsApp of our team members through the CallMeBot service; and it is stored in our private archive, with a reference code, so that no request gets lost.
Villa requests and Members Club applications are collected with Tally forms: name, email, phone and the preferences you give us. We use them to prepare your proposal or to evaluate your application. For Members Club applications our team also receives an alert on WhatsApp through CallMeBot.
Visit statistics. To understand which pages and buttons are useful we record, for each visit: the page, the approximate country and city, the network provider and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), where the visit comes from (for example Instagram or Google) and which main buttons are tapped (for example a request, the phone number, Instagram or the language), and how long each page stays open and in use. To count how many different people visit in a day, your browser keeps a random code that is valid for that day only; if your browser does not allow it, we calculate the code from the IP address and the browser. In both cases the code is mixed with a key that changes every day: the IP address itself is not stored, and the next day the code can no longer be linked to anything. We do not use cookies for this, we use the data only for overall statistics of this website and we do not build profiles.
Cookies and browser memory
This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It uses only technical memory in your browser to remember small choices: whether the radio is on, when the language selector was shown, and the page you came from, so that the back arrow takes you there; and the random code of the day used to count visitors, described above. A technical cookie is set only for members of our team who open the private archive.
Some pages show a Google map and the radio plays a live stream from an external provider: when you open them, Google or the stream provider receive the technical data of your connection, according to their own policies.
Who handles the data with us
Cloudflare (hosting of the website and of our private archive), Web3Forms (email copy of the requests), CallMeBot (alerts with the details of requests and applications sent to the WhatsApp of our team members), Tally (forms), Meta / WhatsApp (only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, and for the alerts to our team). We share your request with the venues, villas and suppliers involved only when it is needed to organise the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and applications for the time needed to handle them and to follow up with you, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for invoices).
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a common format, by writing to info@madeluxuryconcierge.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
